Stage Queensland member Dancenorth recently featured at the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games with Artistic Director Kyle Page and Associate Artistic Director Amber Haines delivering exceptional choreography at the Opening Ceremony performance segment HOME. The jazz and shiraz were both flowing smoothly on Saturday 24 March, 2018 when the Band of the 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR Band) performed a free concert at the Burdekin Theatre, Ayr. For those unlucky ones who haven’t yet heard of them, the 1RAR Band is a highly regarded component of the Australian Defence Force in North Queensland.
